Facets of ISMs

 

A girl named Rumana of Bengal stood first,/ from the community Muslim/ Instead

of being regarded normative by HS  Board, / it's seen as tokenism,/ quite unlike Bengalism./

Still worse are the effort to establish,/ the ethos of pluralism;/ with the idea of parochialism/ that's coming in the way of country's secularism./Added to that are Racism, Casteism, Hinduism and many more ISMs/

Scores of decades passed by, / the world witnessed Hitlerism and Stalinism./ Of late Trumpism/ Then there's Bolsonarism and Modism.

But is it all round sordid pessimism ?/ Oh no! just a century ago,/ this country had witnessed Gandhism./ And a century later we're witnessing Markelism./ The true faces and symbols of Humanism,/ in this chaotic world of inhumanism.
