রাজনীতি হলো ভবিষ্যদ্বাণী করার ক্ষমতা। যা বলে দেবে আগামীকাল, আগামী সপ্তাহ, আগামী মাস এবং আগামী বছর কী ঘটতে চলেছে।এবং একই সঙ্গে পরবর্তীকালে, কেন ঘটেনি তা ব্যাখ্যা করার ক্ষমতা থাকা।
